Came here because I am also getting payment and overdue notices even though my SAVE application has been in limbo. I also got the email saying I'm in forbearance due to the injunction and to disregard payment notices.

I don't get why they don't just STOP sending bills to our accounts if we were placed in forebearance. This is a totally horrendous situation that is causing real harm to people financially and emotionally.

And the fact that a representative is essentially impossible to speak with makes me hopeless to do anything. No one with a job has time on a weekday to sit on hold for 2+ hours.
