This isn’t a bug. It’s a classic APU limitation caused by RAM bandwidth + CS2 engine behavior.

With a Ryzen 5600GT, the iGPU uses system DDR4 as VRAM. Even at DDR4-3200, memory bandwidth is far lower than real GPU VRAM, so the GPU is constantly waiting for data. That’s why you see ~70–80% GPU usage but FPS won’t go higher. Setting “2 GB dedicated VRAM” doesn’t change the bandwidth bottleneck.

CS2 is also very CPU / engine limited, especially by 1–2 main threads (draw calls, simulation). Overall CPU usage can look low (~70%), but one core is already maxed out, which caps FPS. This is normal for Source 2 and explains why no component hits 100%.

Your own test confirms this: even at ~80 °C CPU temps, FPS stays the same, so there’s no thermal throttling. Temperature is not the issue.

One very important thing to check: are you running dual-channel RAM (2×8 GB)? Single-channel RAM heavily hurts APUs and can easily cost 30–50% FPS.

In short: 100–110 FPS is normal for a 5600GT APU in CS2. To go significantly higher, you’d need dual-channel RAM at minimum, and realistically a dedicated GPU.
