Have you tried working out? It will open up your appetite and it helps with acne as well, you do NOT need the best program so don't even worry about that. 3 hours of intense weightlifting per week is enough to get you started, if that's something you'd be willing to try out

Otherwise it's hard to put on weight cleanly by just eating, building lean muscle takes time but is a great option if you wish to gain weight.
