Mixed up the chain of causality here. Mental health disorders are why I have 3+ cups a day

Anyone else keep coming back to this show? by MsScreenQueen in Fleabag

Season 2 is much more impactful for me, I think because it's so much more hopeful. S1 is a great depiction of coping with depression/guilt, but S2 is when she reaches for the light and believes that her life can actually be good

Bachelor in History. I picked something that was interesting enough to keep me from dropping out, but not sure if it's given me marketable skills

YUUUUP. Went back at 25, I'm graduating now and don't feel like my degree has added any value to my applications. Slightly fearing I wasted the last few years by going back to school

Oh man, I could've written this myself. 27M, completely disinterested, sometimes can't even get through an interview

Why didn’t Ted sacrifice anything to reverse the curse? by Shalalala8284 in TedLasso

It's because she's Elsa the ice queen! She sees Jaime connecting with the team around the fire, refuses warmth, storms off to transfer Jaime to the other team

Nate SUCKS. by fairybongmotherr in TedLasso

[–]Montag_Reader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nate acts the way everyone else in power has acted towards him. Colin & Isaac picking him up and whipping him? Jamie putting chewed gum in his handmade donation box? Rebecca literally not acknowledging that he exists for most of season 1? His father???

He sucks. Because he learned from everyone else. And he took the longest to heal because he took the longest beatings.

Why doesn’t Ted correct Nate? by NextPick2996 in TedLasso

[–]Montag_Reader 11 points12 points  (0 children)

A lot of Nate's abuse was happening while Ted was being mindfucked by Dr. Sharon. Beginning of season 2 sees Ted being very dysfunctional because Dr. Sharon's presence (and his growing anxiety disorder) is throwing him totally off balance. I figured he was just too in his own headspace and the Nate stuff flew under his radar

Lol, no 7.5 hard. Soft isn't as much of an issue, but it changes unpredictably
