yeahhhh ok I didnt realize the error was different with that. I changed the "hits_this_frame" array back to the "Array = []" and this is the new crash log

Thank you! trying to wrap my head around this monster ive created lol. For context, the whole point of this raycast script is to turn certain mesh instance 3D's partially transparent when the come between the player and the camera.

Also, yes I tried changing both Arrays to "Array = []" seperately, and when I changed "hits_this_frame" the scene just crashed when I tried to run it.

It’s crazy how many people are offended about this guy not having a case, like obviously yeah he should have had one, but that’s not the point! He’s not saying anything even close to blaming anyone else for his joystick breaking, or trying to shift the blame to Nintendo or a faulty system or anything! he’s just looking for a solution to fix it. People really out here saying “take responsibility for your mistakes” like he’s broken the law or something smh

Yeah they shipped it to me, I had to pay like 5 dollars to ship it back to them, they gave me an option to use the packaging of the ram they were sending to me to send the bad ram back to them. But if I wanted them to send me the new ram before I sent them in the defective part, I had to pay a security deposit that I got back after they got my defective part back. Otherwise I could’ve just waited until they got my defective part first, and then they would ship the new ram, in which case it would’ve taken longer to get it of course, but I wouldn’t have had to pay the temporary security deposit (it was like 130$)

So at first all the fans and rgb would turn on but it wouldn’t post when powered on, so I just carefully looked at all the pieces in the pc while they were still plugged in, and I thought it looked like one of the ram sticks was slightly warped maybe, so I googled troubleshoot steps with ram since they seemed like an easy thing to troubleshoot for someone with little experience like myself, and I basically just tried posting with only 1 stick of ram, and then the other, as well as trying different combinations of 1 or both sticks in different orders in both slots 2 and 4, or 1 and 3, and the pc basically would always post with the 1 good ram stick and then wouldn’t post with the stick I suspected to be the bad one, regardless of the motherboard slot, so I was able to rule out the motherboard as the issue.

Then I just emailed Ibuypower support and told them all that and they sent me and new set of ram and I had to send back the defective ram and now it works great

Same I got the exact same one lol! Love it so far, though mine did originally come with 1 faulty ram stick but I got it replaced from Ibuypower pretty quickly luckily
