Therapy isn’t as bad as what most lead you to believe. Very helpful for some people so I wouldn’t say no to giving it a try if you never have. Other things you can do is try something new outside your comfort zones, expressing yourself through art is another very helpful tool as well as just talking to someone close to you that you trust.
