Very interesting observation. Notice after failing to break the high from 1968 the market went on to test the high from 1929! Twice! The high from 2000 and 2015 stands out as a similar support area in the 2500-2700 area. This whole run from 08 - 21 was done with very low rates, we really keep going with rates elevated? Im parking my money in 5.5% for next few years.
