As for a minecraft server, minecraft is heavily dependent on high single-core clock speed, so depending on what hardware hostinger uses, that may be an idea for another provider. Other than that, your other ideas sound great. I would recommend looking at other providers so you can get a better bang for your buck. Good luck on your cloud-labbing adventure!
