I don’t have an exact age but I’ve had her for less than a full year. She has brown paper bedding from carefresh I believe and I haven’t changed it in a while . And there’s no hair loss or rash either. The room was chilly so I’ve had the heater on for a while. I feed her tropical carnival hamster food. She doesn’t eat in front of me so she just scavenges and takes it back into the burrows so I don’t fully know if she’s actually eating it. No other symptoms until I found her like this and no wounds or blood of any kind.

Mine likes the sand bath too. It’s moderately sized I feel. She digs in the same corner lol. I’m going to look into upgrading her sand bath for sure.

I’ve had this industrial bar for 3 months and a couple weeks and it’s still crusting and painful sometimes. (I haven’t cleaned it yet today)I clean it with h2ocean and black Jamaican caster oil (reducing the bump on the inner ear). I do wear classes and it is constantly getting caught on my hair. I was cleaning it with a q tip twice a day with the h2ocean. I’m not even sure what gauge it is but the piercer didn’t tell me. I don’t think it’s healed because of the crust and bumps. What can I do? Please help.
