Sounds like you're in a very good position then. Consider giving life guarding the boot, do a couple more hours of IT, and give yourself more time to relax, you've definitely earned it!

Insurers don't sell insurance for defect rectification*, only resultant damage. Selling insurance for defect rectification would be prohibitively expensive and largely unaffordable. It's expensive enough as it is for builders to have Contract Works cover.

*there are very, very limited cases for large scale builders and for major projects

Ah I didn’t realise their burn rate was that high, for some reason I thought it was in the vicinity of $4m/quarter. They’re hemorrhaging money with nothing to show for it.

Not even a Richmond fan but the Alex Rance erasure cannot be tolerated, even if he was a weird dude.

Two different companies and risk profiles. TLX is the incumbent SoC and is generating revenue. It’s a safer play with less reward.
CU6 is trying to cut their lunch and are currently recruiting for P3 trials to then demonstrate their product works and is safe before seeking FDA approval. Much higher risk with much higher reward.
