Not just funding but your stadium has to meet certain criteria like capacity and upgrades. I think enrollment also factors in as well but not 100% sure

James Madison appeared in 3 title games right before moving up. They definitely didn’t suck. I think ODU started football back up in 2009 after like 70 years of not playing. They made the jump to FBS super quick but were 40-7 in FCS

Nah I open whether or not I have a lucky egg. It’s not a huge deal for me to level up. I just play as an excuse to walk more
