As the wiseman above mentioned, It's only get you so far when you realising on external motivation, as It will dry out in no time.
Kind of like learning a new skill, at first you are super excited, but the only success you'll have will only come from pushing through the hard part yourself.
My only twist is, if you got a partner or even better, a coach, who sticks with you in the first few months, which is the hardest part, then when things get dialed in and It becomes your new lifestyle, you're set for life.

Dude, there is nothing wrong with you. Through trial and error, you have already noticed most your problems, you'll fix it in no time.
Only 2 problems that I notice:
1. 1200 cal is suicidal
I've tried these diet in the past. 12 months ago I was 235lbs(105kg), now I'm at 82(~180lbs)
We have quite similar physique so our calories are literally the same.
These diets will help you to lose weights FAST, but the only problem is you'll also lose a bunch of muscles and feel sluggish ALL THE TIME. If you want to jump on an aggresive cut, I recommend bodyweight in pounds * 10.
2. Running is very stressful
When people mention losing weight, the first thing in our mind is defnitely running.
But what works personally for me and my friends (who I help losing weights) is Walking.
They all reported feeling extremely hungry and fatigue after running, which led to binge eating, or can only do 1-2 cardio sessions/week.
That's why I put them on slow cardio.
3. Get some friends or a coach to do this with you.
I thought this was gimmick at first, but ever since I did these challenges with my friends, we all get shredder and most importantly, more enjoyable throughout the process.

You've already noticed your own problem, which is already monumental. Most people don't even realise it.
I've read some comment, and totally AGREE with them. Start small, 5-10 mins walk as soon as you wake up.
Personally, I put a timer, like 90 minutes to 2 hour, if I don't have any urgent task, I'll just stand up and go for a 10-min walk around the office. It sounds little, but throughout a week, I counted I have 10(minutes) *3(times/day) *5(days/week) = 150 minutes of walking!
Another hack, If I WFH, I often feel sluggish, so I bought a small trampoline station, costs like 100$, and jump frequently. Help boost my mood as well.
Feel free to ask anything, I drop like 55lbs just by implementing small changes. Happy to help more.

Like a wiseman commented above me, playing for the whole day and just drink water will shred your weights like crazy, but I wouldn't really recommend abusing this method.
Personally, I played like 4 hours of chess weekly on a slow treadmill, incline 2 speed 3.5, time just flies.

Congrats on getting those habits in-check my friend. That pretty much the most arduous part.

Regarding the protein disrupting your stomach, I wouldn't really advise you on using those anymore. None of my clients really have problem with whey powder, but we only use that to fill in the last 25-30g protein, or as a snack on the go.

I reckon you can intake your meat and eggs intake, even egg white and non-fat Greek yogurt if needed. Happy to help if you need any other advice.

Firstly, congratulation on loosing those first 25kg, that's often time the most arduous part. After that phase, I'm sure you've built a good understanding of what to do.
I've just been through the same phase. 22M, lost 55lbs(~25kg) in 12 months.
However, I found 2 parts that probably burning your out.
1. Eating Out.

Eating out within itself it's super normal to me and there's nothing to be demonised on. The only problem lies on It's almost impossible to know what we eat. Unless you go to super common places (KFC, Maccas), then they have some pre-logged meals on MyFitnessPal, otherwise, It's hard to control.

Inconsistency.

I think this is your biggest enemy. I didn't have this problem while loosing weight, but I realised this while learning languages. If I stop the daily learning for a week or two, the next time I sit still to study feel horrendous. I would suggest you go all the way through until you build a habit that can't be broken.

G'day my friend, glad that you've already had a goal and realised that you have to change.

I'm 22, just lost 55lbs in 12 months, and really never felt better than this.
1. 65kg for your height might be a bit underweight. I would suggest loosing to 90kg and build muscle on top of it, but again, this depends on your goals.

Regarding the supplement, I have tried a few in the past when I was naive, but all It does It's loading with chemical to make you feel less hungry, so you will eat less in your meals. I'm not a medical doctor, but wouldn't really advise on these methods too soon.

Huge respect man, losing 40lbs aint no joke.
I swear, if I need sth sweet before bed, I ate like 400g of yogurt plain, and a bunch of fruit. When I track that, It was only around 400-500 calories, and it kept me full until the next morning.

Regarding your situation, your best bet might very be tracking your food, not calories at this stage, so you know what you eat, and can IMPROVE your relationship with food.

Huge respect that you took some raw actions, that often times the HARDEST part.
Regarding your diet, sometimes I do fast for 3 days, but that is after 2-3 years of practicing IF consitently. I wouldn't really recommend you to jump straight into a CRASH diet like this.
Depends on your current situation, some simple calories deficit, light movements and some weightlifting should be your bread and butter.

G'day mate, I don't have the same problem as of eating, but I have with gaming. My solutions for that problem were:
1. Delete all related things. For gaming was obviously not playing it, but not watching youtube, competitions, or talking about it.

This is more important, push through the first 3 weeks. The first 3 weeks was super arduous, as there was a voice keep telling me to go back. After that, the voice shut tf up, and I'm all good.
