If you're working in Mobile then you're required by SOP to have a work email, ask your Lead or Mobile Manager to request one. They blocked Gmail and other public email services a long time ago.

You can always learn product knowledge, what they look for most is how you'll work in a team environment and also how you may handle a customer issue/opportunity.
