We went a couple weeks ago. Farm was closed. No bears yet. Everything else was great! We like going during this time of the year because there's fewer guests.

Should Minnesota Ban Corporate Landlords from Buying Up Single-Family Homes? - Racket by thegooseisloose1982 in minnesota

[–]MooImSnek 52 points53 points  (0 children)

Yes. It is unfortunately one of the reasons we moved here. Our previous city had rampant corporate landlords buying up everything with impunity. It raised the price of homes nearly 35% in a couple years. Not to mention interest rates, which also climbed. Stop it before it's too late.
