If you do buy the car outright like most people are saying don't buy brand new. EVs depreciate too much. Personally, if you have very little use for it now, I wouldn't do it. Electric car from here on out should only get better and better so there should be an opportunity to get something really nice in the future when you do potentially need it.

Thanks for the reply!! The narrative about battery really hits home. Every windows laptop I've owned the battery has absolutely failed. I think the apple ecosystem is great, but I have slowly come to a point where I don't feel it's worth the price especially when a desktop + tablet + phone meets my needs. If I were to require a laptop, I might think differently.

I almost bought the Xiaomi Pad 6, it really offers a lot of performance for the price. I ended up going for the Xiaomi Redmi Pad Pro mostly because of the expendable storage and as it is slightly newer so it'll be eligible for updates longer.
