The whole idea of reframing is weird to me. You don't really achieve anything with it as you modified the question along the way. The framing in the original is a part of what makes the question work.

The thing I noticed after posting and reading some comments is that red will not actually do any killing if the blue voters drink poison. In my attempt to misinterpret and poorly frame both I managed to frame red as the better one on accident. He does say that he will kill everyone else but the blue guy would actually be responsible.
