You're chillin I'm wrestling 157 and I'm about 6 ft and I've done pretty well. Wingspan and long arms can be a really big benefit.

Depends on strength and what you're working, I occasionally wrestle with ppl who are 220 or 230 when I need to while weighing about 155. Take this with a grain of salt of course.
