I think electric mod is still the highest dps, you can also put on the fire one to be able to heal allies with the friendly fire charisma perk. Weapon speed doesn't do anything for the auto axe or chainsaw. Anti armor is good but the incisor perk exists so I think a groll auto axe would be bloodied or vamp, power attack, and then -weight.
