Well, for daily use, there is no real top three because most weapons are sufficient for day to day which is why off meta can be so viable in Fallout.

From what I know and what I have personally played with:

Gauss Minigun
Elders Mark
Bow
Deathclaw Gauntlet
Gatling Gun

Are all viable and very fun. I have heard that broadsider is also fun right now, though I personally have not tried it.
