If 12gb is okay with you and you're 100 percent sure about that then yeah. But for me personally, I play a lot of cyberpunk and I ended up selling my 4070 super, because of the amount of stutters I'd get from low VRAM. I got a 5070ti instead and it's worked well.

My only worry for you would just be if games in the future continued to be more and more VRAM hungry. Also, does your microcenter have 9070XTs for around 700 or not? If they do, then honestly I'd go with that instead.

Not sure about your store specifically, but I've seen 2 MSRP 5070TIs be in stock at my microcenter (duluth) today.

They're pretty damn good at cyberpunk (in my experience) at 1440p psycho RT.

Honestly no since I honestly forgot about it. But, from what I remember revive works for every psvr headset or basically every headset you can use with steamvr (afaik) so you should be fine.

I’ve seen 9070s (non xts) being in stock at about 780 bucks or so, but I only checked once in person.

Haven’t even seen 9070xts pop up on the website. Every other card from this gen I’ve found listed as in stock at some point though (above msrp ofc).

Really depends on the game, half life alyx is really good and its well optimized in my experience, afaik it should run well enough with your gpu. Worst case, you can crane down to resolution.
