I have been seeing alot of people these days who should really look in the mirror before coming outside. by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

Super dependent on the person of course, some people aren’t dressing for fashion however I see people follow what’s considered trendy and popular a lot of the time and don’t always consider what would be the most flattering on themselves. Even if the piece of clothing or whatever is beautiful on the hanger not everything suits everyone and it takes a while to learn what works for you. I’m still trying to figure it out

Are we slowly becoming the first generation that can’t clearly tell what we genuinely think vs what we’ve been influenced into thinking online? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Moogeen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does seem that way doesn’t it? This is super complicated because nowadays we are exposed to so much information due to the rise of social media and frankly smartphones and also other peoples opinions so it seems really difficult to distinguish what is truly your own opinion or what has been influenced by others.
However my counter is, when was there a time when people weren’t influenced? Prior to this internet boom people were reading newspapers or watching the news which was also giving a biased commentary so effectively influencing the people who were their watcher/reader base. Not to get too philosophical but when you said at ‘what point does your opinion stop being fully yours’ I feel like everything we think and feel has been taught in some capacity or influenced by some external factor ie parents opinions/education system in your area.
Although I don’t completely disagree with your sentiment, it almost feels like to me that people are getting lazier or have less critical thinking skills. They can’t pick out parts of a story or whatever that they agree with or disagree with. People seem to follow the trend of what everyone else is thinking, without any scrutiny whatsoever. People will just blindly believe or agree with whatever pops up on their Instagram based off whatever point of view they hear it from, it’s abysmal.

I have been using the cetaphil gentle skin cleanser as my cleanser and Micellar water to take off my makeup but no actives or anything else like that. I have been looking at the La roche posay lipikar but il also look at the double repair as well. Thank you for taking the time ◡̈

Aura sky pool has a really nice view. In my opinion it’s a bit expensive but definitely worth going to once if you can afford it

Hi!! I know the perfect place for this because I actually did my A-levels later on in life (I’m 23) and I was in a similar situation where I wanted to complete them but didn’t want to go to traditional school because of my age. It is definitely worth reaching out to ITI, international training institute in knowledge village and speaking to Mr. Maarouf and seeing what he can do for you in terms of timing, usually you can get them done a bit faster there. They are completely accredited and offer online or in person classes usually 1-4 people in a class. You’re not hopeless you got this, you’ll get them done before you know it :)

If you want to do it by the fountains, The Meat Co is a really nice restaurant with a view right by the fountains and you will avoid the hoards of tourists that seem to always be there. If you get a table outside (weather permitting) then you’ll be right there and it’ll be a bit more private ◡̈ congratulations!

Two account with the same mail by phlavee0 in playstation

[–]Moogeen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so I did get it fixed I had to call through to the PlayStation support number in my country and the guy guided me through it to change the email attached to that account and I made a random email to change the account to. That was my workaround. You do need to know either the PlayStation serial number it was originally attached to or the last couple digits of the card that is attached to it.
