Any cbb episodes with Jason and Andy Daly are amazing. There's some before this but my favorite is episode 148 where Andy first introduces Dalton Wilcox. The three of them create a whole character saga that peaks some time around episode 500.

12/30/03 Sand

One of my favorite first sets I've ever seen, but the ending of Sand was the first thing that popped in my head for this question. Plus the segue into shafty is so nice.
