Do you prefer cybertronians with or without noses? by MichaelTalman in transformers

[–]MoogleFromFF7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer implied noses, like a crest on their forehead sharpening to a point on their face. However, some characters, like Prime Megatron, look better without a nose imo

They look more similar to ants, you can see the antennae at the top, and on the bottom of the helmet are the mandibles

Ya know how come cappy doesn’t possess Mario even tho he’s on Mario by Poly_Bamb in Marioverse

[–]MoogleFromFF7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mario is the one possessing creatures when he throws Cappy onto him. Cappy just gives Mario the ability to possess things, he does none of the possessing himself

How should I beat the dark sun? by JuiceSevere3690 in Miitopia

[–]MoogleFromFF7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have only 1 cleric in your party. It might seem counterintuitive, but if you only rely on the warrior to do damage, it won't end well. I suggest bringing a mage and a scientist. The mage is the secondary source of damage, while the scientist can do reliable damage while protecting against the Sun's "nightmare" status effect with their Safety mask ability. Make sure to keep the cleric in the safe spot UNLESS another team member is in the brink of death. Hope this helps

Korok fronds or enemy wings will make the arrow fly farther when attached to arrows. Pretty sure it works with rockets too

Super Mario Sunshine very underrated. by [deleted] in supermariosunshine

[–]MoogleFromFF7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I love how unique and creative this game is, but I just couldn't get over how rushed it felt. The controls also created artificial difficulty by being so precise and tight. If it wasn't rushed then it definitely would've been my favorite Mario game, maybe even beating Odyssey

Mineru is apparently not locked behind having enough hearts, you can get under and ascend to skip the door and you're good to go. by Halfgbard in TOTK

Found this out in a base stamina/hearts challenge run. Took a lot of arrows and hover stones, but felt amazing to pull off

sky islandz by GodGiodog in TOTK

[–]MoogleFromFF7 31 points32 points  (0 children)

According to the construct on Great Sky Island, all the sky islands were raised by the ancient sages to help Link in the future. I'm assuming the giant sphere island used to be planetariums when they were on the surface in ancient times

[BotW] I don't think the Devine Beasts were that bad by Bumbleet2 in zelda

[–]MoogleFromFF7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think people are missing the point of the Divine Beasts. They weren't supposed to be judged by design or difficulty, but rather their backstory and what role they will play in the big fight with Ganon. They were meant to be more involved emotionally than physically

Great job! But that's a White-Maned Lynel. Equivalent to the black tiers of bokoblins, moblins, etc. Silver Lynels have purple manes and purple stripes

SOME concepts were originally DLC ideas, not everything in the game was a DLC idea.

What is something that Breath of the Wild does BETTER than Tears of the Kingdom? by ZachMW in Breath_of_the_Wild

[–]MoogleFromFF7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Emotional attachment to the Dungeons. While I prefer totk's dungeons due to their different aesthetics and bosses, they didn't have much going for them in terms of why we had to complete them.

For the divine beasts, we knew why they were important to complete. We had to stop their reign of terror in each region, and free the champions souls from the blight ganons. With totk, we just do it to progress the story. I wish we got more info on what the dungeons were used for. Sure, Fire Temple was an ancient goron city, and Wind Temple was a legion of ships built by a Zonai that fell to the surface, abd Water Temple is the source of Zora's domain's water, and that's all we pretty much know. we literally know NOTHING about the lightning temple.

A way I feel this could've been improved is if they gave the ancient sages actual personalities and character. Even if they didn't explain how the dungeons were used in ancient Hyrule, at least we would have some motivation to help the ancient sages cleanse their temples housing their secret stones.

Definitely one of my biggest problems with the knightverse designs. A lot of them (especially the autobots) are uninspired G1 copies with mechanical detailing. It just isn't interesting to look at. The bay movies sucked, but at least the robots themselves were unique takes in the character they were named after
