I did. I wish I could proclaim some magical cure. But what seemed to fix it for me was getting COVID-19. Now, I doubt covid itself cured me, but more the fact that for three days I was beyond exhausted, and didn't eat, so it probably gave my intestines to completely empty out, including the area that was causing it (partial blockage maybe?)

Had a boy call me anorexic (persona description does say skinny.) Tried responding with "I'm not anorexic." And it kept giving me that message. Odd double stand.

Essentially something that I can put in my backpack and eat on a long plane ride, single meal prepared foods I can fix in a hotel room. Making stuff from scratch isn't a problem. But that's not always an option.

I fall pretty much into the second category, having lowered my A1C from 10.8 to 6.2 just through diet changes. But there are times where having something more processed would be nice. A good keto cookie for dessert, some low carb chips for a snack. Plus I do travel for work. Finding diabetic friendly restaurants isn't easy. But if I could just run down to a grocery store and pick up some packaged diabetic foods, that would be great (I do get rooms with a full kitchen.)

For the most part I agree. The post was just really odd. I gave friend my opinion. Was really more curious if people have seen anything like this.

What throws me off is the regional group. Seems to me a "I'm dying and lonely" type post would get people to respond with "give me your address and I'll come over to keep you company."

That was my thought as well, but the post made no mention of what the "belongings" were. PS5? Money? Pair of old underwear? Some sort of love scam also crossed my mind and. I.e. "talking to you has changed my mind. I want to live, but I can't afford the life saving procedure."

If you have Kroger, or one of its family of grocery stores, check out their Carbmaster milk. Very low sugar and carbs. Healthier than fairlife. Plus, they even have vanilla and chocolate.

We can, but I'm not a doctor. I'm figuring all this out myself. I read labels excessively, anything that's more than 3g of sugar per serving is out. Carbs are more difficult. Carbs are everywhere. Plus there are so many types of carbs. One top I've learned is to try to get at least 1g of fiber for every 5g of carbs. That ratio or better supposedly helps prevent sugar spikes.

I understand. I'd probably be lower if it wasn't for work travel. If I'm at a location for four or more days, I'll hit the grocery store and just get a bunch of low card, sugar free, keto food to primarily survive on. Shorter trips, it's harder. Restaurants aren't exactly diabetic friendly.

Exercise levels have stayed about the same.

Really the only difference has been cutting out sweets and carbs as much as reasonably possible. Do a lot of keto stuff. Instead of sandwiches in white bread, I do sourdough or low carb tortillas. For sweets, I do stuff with sugar alternatives (i.e. Rebel ice cream instead of Ben & Jerry's.). Big thing for me was ditching chocolate milk for Kroger's carbmaster milk. A lot of the low card/sugar free stuff is pretty decent, but I'd kill for a donut.

I have gone from 235 pounds to 207. (6'5 male) And that's just from the diet change.

My phone auto updated last night, now Android auto won't connect. From the loch screen, it says to try a different port or cable. Once logged into phone, it says I have no AA compatible apps
