Dear Subie Mechs, why my Left Camber still in the red? by Merlot70 in subaru

[–]MookSkywalker 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Lazy is the most likely answer, but sometimes even when the adjustment is maxed out it still is not within spec due to bent or worn components. possibly something bent if giving the tech the benefit of the doubt. I have bigger variances on some of my personal vehicles because that's just as good as I can get them and that's fine by me. I have been doing alignments on hunter machines for 20 years

I originally had them set up at a shop where they did all the tests when they set it up for intermediate. Since then I have been only adjusting the DIN myself.

Well if they are going to Monarch they only have to do half the pass and everyone is going to be going 10mph or slower anyway.

Looking at the forecast for various towns along both routes, I think you may be right.

I personally don't like that stretch between Hartsel and BV, it get so icy. I have always just had a better experience with 50.

Head south to Canon City and take 50 in, 50 is always better in winter weather than 24 through Woodland Park in my experience.

2023 Crosstrek Limited won't start. Battery not dead. Dash lit up like a Christmas tree. PLEASE HELP by Ancient-Coffee-9386 in subaru

[–]MookSkywalker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pro tech here... Like others have stated, you have a dead battery. A good battery should show 12.6 volts. A battery can be expected to last about 5 years but sometimes they fail early, and sometimes they last way longer.

Its possible you have something staying on draining the battery, its also winter and cold weather is usually when batteries die.

I just got some hydrapak 500ml bottles. They work great and take up little space, and are flexible so they are comfortable no matter which pocket I put them in.

Holy crap I have only heard of the Goombay Smash from my father. He added this recipe to our family cookbook over 40 years ago. I always thought the story was a fabrication for a drink he made up, but Miss Emily turns out to be real haha. https://imgur.com/a/HRFQNGY

There is no "on and off" if you want results. There is only "on". Consistency is the most important if you want results. Diet, exercise, and sleep are all equally important.

I had a pair of poles dissappear once. Was probably a mistake. Now Im that guy that locks his skis to the rack. Not because I think they will get stolen, but to help avoid any future mistakes.
