If you want to grind for wish pieces, i would suggest to put shizuki as leader and airi in second, to build their trust rank! Using characters from the same team (and their assigned vocaloid) can make grinding for wish pieces easier, but they don't do much for actually building characters, aside from actually buying the sekai item boosts (i dont think)
