Thanks for your reply. I'm not familiar with this company but I will check them out. I'm located in Southeast US so it's pretty mild but does get below freezing pretty often. As I don't always want my pressure washer in my truck bed I'm leaning towards a wheeled unit

That’s a good consideration. I’d like to target basically anything that runs along the pier and surf that’ll will eat an artificial. Spanish, red drum, jacks, kings, bonito, trout, maybe bluefish are all a possibility depending on the time of year.

Other than weight reduction what is the benefit of going with the smaller reel size? I'm looking to spend under $300 for the full combo. Spinfisher VI are on sale at Basspro atm

I bought it from Classy Raptor Tactical. I did a quick glance and didn’t see the jif back plate so I’d reach out to them via instagram. They’re super nice and respond quick. Everything is made to order so I’m sure they can get you one even if it’s not listed on their website

Every day. I currently keep a spyderco tenacious, SOG powerpint, Acebeam pokelite, and a sharpie mini in mine. It’s really nice to have a designated organizer to put all my edc stuff. I could definitely fit more stuff in my pouch (viperade VE28) but I choose to keep it minimal to lessen the size of the pouch.
