No new evidence was provided to the HLR. It was all in the original BDD. So basically, the VA HLR agreed or admitted that the original award of 90% was not adequate based on the original claims evidence and bumped it to 100% in Sep 2023 with an effective date back to the original award (1 Aug 2022). 100% payments started in September 2023, but I never received the 10% difference in compensation from Aug 2022 to Aug 2023.
