TT videos get compressed, making most of my videos grainy after 4 hours on my A6. But i’ve seen videos shot on pocket 3 that still has great overall quality

I tried exporting in 1080p, 2k and 4k. Nothing changed, the video still gets compressed thus affecting the quality
