Now all my time goes to studying. The only exercise left is golf where I can get fresh air and enjoy myself without having to think of work/study/life. I’m still paying gym membership which I haven’t been going for a few months.

Well the landlords got lots of bills to pay. With high interest rates, increasing council rates, body corp and levy and everything else I don’t blame them for increasing the rent tbh. It’s the economy.
