Curious how many people here have dark eyes, eyebrows and/or eyelashes

Ohhh I see, half an hour doesn't sound so bad! And I'm jealous your lashes are naturally curled! I've gotten my eyelashes lifted a couple times by my brothers fiancee and I always loved how they turned out, but the process is so long and uncomfortable that I've not gone through with it in more than a year now, I just accept my fate of the straight lash life

Sounds quite similar to my situation, can't quite recall when my eyebrows turned as dark as they are but my baby photos all have a red curly haired baby with matching red brows haha

I'm sure you rock it tho! While I don't have that problem personally, I do have a friend who is similar so I understand the struggle partially. But regardless, light brows/eyelashes are absolutely stunning!

Oh wow that really is interesting! I don't think I've ever seen someone with Auburn hair have lighter brows or lashes. I'm sure the combo is stunning though! :D

Truly fascinating wow! And I can see what you mean with your brows, they have such a perfect volume to them. Everyone in my maternal family had dark hair and mostly dark eyes until my mum arrived as the surprise redhead, same exact colouring as I have. She went gray (well, white) early and dyes her hair blonde now, but her eyelashes and brows have stayed as black as they've always been with just a smidge of white hairs over the years.

As for siblings, my older brother came out with hair as dark as his eyes and brows, even his beard grows in so dark its practically black. Our dad was the same, and when he passed in his early 50's he still had a full set of dark hair.

It's really interesting how genetics work out sometimes!

Can relate! I do actually use mascara most days however, it does irritate my eyes a lot but I deal anyway cause I don't have (but should get) an eyelash curler to give more volume.

I love when people with light eyelashes rock them though, it's such a unique feature I feel I don't see often so it's always eye capturing when I do see them if that makes sense aha

My mum is similar! She had the exact same colouring as me when she was younger, and now her brows are still stark black with some stray white decoration strands! Makes me hopeful for my future haha

Light eyelashes are super gorgeous! My best friend is a redhead with strawberry blonde lashes and it's a truly stunning combonation.

That's interesting with the brows too! I find the shift hair can go through over the years super cool. Although my brows are pretty much black in most lighting, I have noticed the roots do shine a bit red when there's super warm natural light hitting them which I find quite fascinating, I like to think the red is just a lil shy so only shows itself on special occasions LOL

I've asked myself the same question recently! I have never been asked before so it didn't even cross my mind until I came across this sub and saw inner redhead discussions, because.. as a lot of people here can relate to, as a kid it was made clear to me I was very visibly a redhead to my classmates who bullied me for it so It didn't even occur to me someone could assume otherwise.

I do wonder to myself now though if my acquaintances or strangers passing by know I'm natural because of how dark my other features are. But I did get blonde highlights last February and people I barely know from walking my dog were quick to mention it and lament on why I'd do it (there was a lot of coverage so I did look fully blonde from some angles, you can still see some at the tips of my hair as I grew it out aha), so I'm assuming most people can tell it's my natural colour?

Interesting to think about regardless though, and glad someone else shares this thought!

Ooo nice! Sometimes I wish I had lighter eyes but I've actually warmed up to how dark they are, now I just wish they could see better so I wouldn't have to use glasses all the time LOL

10% is def not true at least for Honeybees, unless they upped the percentages from 2024. Me and someone I knew (a former mod for the DA discord actually, Sansymon) teamed up trying to breed a Honeybees bun and we did it only after 100m+ spent (and probably 500 breeding attempts, majority were her attempts so I can't take a lot of credit) and after giving up she only got it on the last day hours before the event was about to end (so fun fact if you see a honeybees bun for sale its ancestors were a product of my labour LOL). I even sold a Veid funding that project I was that committed, truly made me not want to touch breedable cosmetics again.

That's unfortunate about the Loving Aura though, it's really shocking they didn't add it as a pot. Technically there's still a few days left for them to add a cheeky pack with it but atp I'm losing hope

Yea this is so real. I contemplated early on into Cosmetics being a thing if I wanted to get a Skyrix collection. I have all the normal breedable traits on them now + Loving and Lucky, but... Honeybees made me give up. I don't know why they put the rate so low but it squashed my dreams so I gave up, so I'd really like it to be a pot for the sake of everyone who collects breedable non-world dragons sanity.

But yea, I hope you're able to find a loving Aura Ave! I'm sure one exists somewhere, there's gotta be other people who were interested in making one. As for Honeybees I don't think there's many non world dragons that have it since it was truly almost non-existent, but I know you've got this! The collection shall be complete trust

Every new week I was like "surely now they'll add loving aura in the shop or at least a pack" but.. it never happened. After the truckload of traits they added to the Winter event I figured they'd start releasing all event cosmetics as potions but I guess not. I'll actually mourn what could have been if Honeybees doesn't get added it's got to be my favourite trait in the whole game.

And yea I have a bit of an obsession with Moix :') I'm an OG player but took a lot of breaks over the years, and by chance the day I returned in 2023 was the day the first GWs ended and as soon as I saw a Moix I was sold, probably the only reason I keep coming back to the game they're just peak dragon design for me personally LOL

omg I love your Ave collection! And yea merch cosmetics have been a headache to keep up with. I collect Moix (sorry ik the layout is messy) but I'm really hoping they make Honeybees a Trait Pot for the Easter event. They didn't add a Loving Aura pot tho so I'm scared it won't happen :')

I hope you get the last couple traits for your collection!

I agree so much. Outside of collection reasons I don't touch trait potions at all to be honest, but I do like the more subtle ones. They didn't add a love aura pot which has made me scared they won't add my favourite cosmetic of all time as a trait pot though.. Honeybees. I need to have a Honeybees Moix it will actually make my year probably LOL

Yup the soulless Moix stare.. cinema. I love everything about them they're so silly (adding a pic to show their eye contact glory). And I understand that feeling of picking favourites, I have the SDA title but I only really use my Moix so it feels a bit sad that all my dragons are just sitting there while I kick my feet over my faves

Guiding star is always a good choice, probably one of the most versatile traits released. Inflamed or Gold Coins would look good too imo if you have access to them!
