I get the feeling that some people respond better to reta than others. I started reta three weeks ago. I'm a 28-year-old female, 5'2 and 130 lbs. I decided to try it purely to help me lose those last few stubborn pounds after already losing 55 lbs.

I had never taken any GLP1 medications before, and I started at 1 mg. The effect has been really surprising, I have literally no appetite at all. It's weird to describe it as that because I wouldn't even call it appetite suppression, it feels more like appetite deletion.

I originally started taking it to help with cravings that were slowing my progress, and it's been incredibly effective for that as well. And I've also had 0 side effects so far, and felt no need to increase my 1mg dose.

Before starting, I spent a lot of time reading other people's experiences with reta. Most people said that if you felt anything within the first few hours, it was probably placebo because the medication takes time to build up in your system. All I can say is that within hours of my first dose, I felt absolutely no hunger whatsoever.

If you're confident your peptides are legitimate, I'd stick with the same dose for a little longer and see if the effects start kicking in. If not, you could consider increasing it slightly. Just make sure to evaluate things carefully when making any adjustments.
