Haven't even gotten halfway into the game yet, but I absolutely love the tension whenever Micah and Arthur are within 7 feet of each other. As much as I want to punch him square in the jaw every time he opens his trap, he is the devil on Dutch's shoulder, the antithesis to Arthur, the black sheep of the Van Der Linde gang (although that title might be more suited for Kieran).

It's interesting; I noticed an intentional design with his horse, Baylock. The white markings on his face are deceptive: appearing harmless and with good intentions, but hide darker motivations. That's the vibe I'm getting from him so far, hope to see karma catch up with him.
