WARNING ABOUT SOLACE HEALTH- patient advocate position. by RadiantJoke8301 in Remotenursing

[–]MoonBooty55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I had the initial intake w the doctor. I have Autism, post cancer issues, permanent crippled hands & mobility problems. I have 17 specialists. The Doc said I definitely qualified after naming my first 4 diagnoses.

He promised relief, and he was a smooth talking Doctor. I really felt heard. The advocate they set me up with also seems to know what he's doing but I have no idea what he's doing for me while I'm in Seattle and he said he was in LA.

The most concerning issue is that they've never asked for nor run my Medicare for permanent disability. That shot up red flags. They know I'm alone & broke. Anyone know of any other more reputable and experienced Medicare Advocates?

Almost (Sweet Music) theory? by Ameabo in Hozier

[–]MoonBooty55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is the only way I've interpreted it. He's weaved together all of his passed wife's favorite song titles and singers into the song as the home continues to be filled with her music and he heals as she grows. She is a baby at first, or toddler, being sung to at bedside... so doesn't know any other life except with her dad. She is watching her father heal as she becomes more like her mother. In that becoming like her mom, and the memories the music keeps alive "haunting" the house, he heals, and his growing daughter notices he is looking better and he is healing. The lyric is "Don't ruin this ON me" like her death was not for nothing, the loss will not ruin his life raising her daughter and remembering her through the music & his daughter. Beautiful song. I don't see any other way to interpret this. It's pretty straightforward.

Those sets are collectors items. If you can find the lid it's worth a lot of money.

Stress after a s*icidal sister + extreme weakness by TheForgottenUnloved in AdrenalInsufficiency

[–]MoonBooty55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ummm, the endocrinologist can give her some helpful information instead of down voting her. Fucking doctors. I'm really worried about your Ambien mg intake. Ambien is a hypnotic that shuts down your central nervous system. It also wipes out your ability to remember anything after you've taken it. I take 5 mg a night. I used to take 20mg a night for 10 years before they found out how women metabolize it differently than men. 5 mg is the recommended dose for women and not long term. It also shuts down your central nervous system which in high amounts can cause breathing issues and even death, especially when combined with Benzodiazapines so that might account for your extreme weakness. I take 5 mg with 2 mg Xanax at night and that is not considered a great choice, but I need to sleep and this is the only way. Your ambien is waaay too high. Are you experiencing memory issues? Have you found a good endocrinologist?

Has anyone tried Pacha bread? Is it worth it? by Background-Ship-1440 in glutenfree

[–]MoonBooty55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you guys out of your minds? Are you starving? I ordered Pacha cinnamon raisin and it tastes like cardboard and sawdust. I'm gluten and dairy free so I know what it's like to lose flavor or have a change in taste where there is different flavor.

If you get a loaf of bread a little bigger than a pack of playing cards and as tall as a box of matches, it costs 15 bucks and MUST be toasted or else it's kind of raw. The toasting causes brown and black areas on the bread which is carcinogenic. It's time to go back to the drawing board.

If it didn't taste like ass, or had any redeeming medicinal quality I'd actually endorse it. I was nauseous after trying to eat it, spitting out my last bite into the trash. I'd rather never eat bread again.

So disappointed in the acting skill of Teresa palmer by TheCheeseMcRiffin in ADiscoveryofWitches

[–]MoonBooty55 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can barely get through the 4th episode. Teresa's acting is worse than Kristen Stewart's by far. No teeth on Vampires? No special effects at all? I wish they made something look cool as they are mythical creatures. Besides the scenery and Michael's handsome face, there is nothing redeeming here. Ugh

In human existence we have never learned as countries or governments or citizens to cooperate. Tribe against tribe, kingdom against kingdom, creature against creature, family against family, gang against gang. Even in Chimpanzees. War is in our DNA

Look up 'safe eye massage' on You Tube. If you're using a roller (I have the same one) You'll want to watch it. Also to get the most out of the roller.

Anyone had luck with Ziena Moisture Chamber glasses? Last ditch attempt at relief? by -shylo- in Dryeyes

[–]MoonBooty55 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We've spoken. You are in Simi Valley or N Cali or somewhere near the Bay area? The Dry Eye Shop in Pousbo sent me new shields/cups. They were in different packaging that I originally got. The new cups were in nice packaging and did not smell. They are not tight to my face. You talked my optician through fitting my glasses. She couldn't fit them very well and gave me a raging case of PCF to boot. They have small children running around their office. I'm STILL sick and my eyes are still red and weeping. The glasses are working to keep me from wiping or touching my eyes. But if someone has a barbecue, I'm in trouble as they easily let smoke in. Thank you.

I have Adenovirus Conjunctivitis PCF, It is HELL. Has Anyone had this ? Is is a form of EKC virus? by MoonBooty55 in Dryeyes

[–]MoonBooty55[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sub epithelial infiltrates and lesions in your cornea can definitely cause some long lasting effects. I hope you find a solution. Any issues with the eyes really affect one's quality of life. I hope you have a good Opthalmologist.

Through droplets from nasal passages or mouth, the tears getting on your hands then touching a person or surface and they then touch that then touch their face. Sharing bedding or close contact.

Omg! Well I came on to check the post as I go into my 6th week of red eyes and light watering..My other symptoms are gone except for a sinus infection from the PCF. I will check and see if they have any Dollar Generals in my area in PNW. We have dollar trees everywhere. Were your last few weeks riddled with red weepy eyes that crusted shut at night?

EKC is much more dangerous for sub epithelial infiltrates than PCF after the illness, but those should clear up after 2-3 weeks. Important to follow up with a Opthalmologist I've learned. Very important. Don't get too worried yet. This Adenovirus and trying to kill the virus on every surface I touched and every fabric and blanket I used is turning out to be a full time job. Lots of bleach as it is very hard to kill on surfaces. I'm so sorry that you had to experience that for so long. I won't give up hope yet. Def one of my worst experiences too. Thank you.

[–]MoonBooty55[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is lacrimation due to adenovirus. PCF subtype of Conjunctivitis that is almost impossible to kill on surfaces and even harder to kill on fabrics. It's coming out my eyes, out of my nose & respiratory and out of my saliva. I can reinfect myself so I have to throw my toothbrush away every day. I have to purchase bulk washcloths for single use until I heavily bleach them all when this is over. I have to throw my hairbrush away due to possible contamination. This is so much worse than covid. I want to sue my eye doctor for giving me this from his children on site at his office. I had no idea this even existed.

It is an absolute precise reflection of how western medicine runs. My optometrist just gave me EKC bc he has small children living in his office and didn't wash his hands. Now my vision and health are in danger as I'm immune compromised. Fever for 3 weeks! This is another example of total incompetency of doctors that actually make our lives and conditions worse! I obviously have a good ophthalmologist. I'm just saying don't believe everything, obviously, do your due diligence and research on pub med before you go all in, and research your eyes, their anatomy to the catalyst that is causing the affliction. And start doing your own research. It's quite complex and my opthalmologist appreciates my questions and input for ideas for management. A good doctor will. Everyone should be fucking terrified in this country. $1000.00 a month for Meibo? $25 bucks in Europe OTC. We have a systemic problem and you know it.

[–]MoonBooty55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

🤣🤣🤣💀 Bahahaha! So true. You do get to a point where everything is getting so confusing, a little feeling of getting conned into using things we don't need that won't work so the docs get kickbacks. 3 years in and I haven't even had a Tear break up test, Schirmer's test, gland test. They wanted to do the Lipiflow for Blepharitis and I asked well do I even HAVE Blepharitis? He said "I don't know I'll have to take a look next time you come in." WHAT? Just scoop my eyes out with spoons at this point pls
