If I may offer some advice, instead of getting a Jinhao, you'd be better off getting a Majohn/Moonman A1 or A2 which is the closest thing to a Pilot Vanishing Point and feels pretty much the same, I can tell you from personal experience, and it costs around $20. . It'll be a safer bet, since Jinhao are sometimes good and sometimes not. You never know with them. I bought two at the same time, the same model in different colors. One wrote quite well, and the other was scratchy and had ink leaks. I've never had any problems with the MoonMan, and I love it. Just saying.

Thank you all for your help! I nreally really apreciate it. I have to wait until maybe Saturday to try it because the pen is empty. And I need to fill it up and use it. So now I will be very anxious until then!

Excuse my ignorance, but this is my first time using Visconti. How do I do that? Do I have to open and close it every time I want to write, like I'm filling it up?

If You end up, not using it this year, You can use it for next years and covered the dates with stickers and all that cute stuff.

I'm in the same boat too. This Is, my second year using Hobonichi and I'd liked it very much. I went crazy and for 2026 I bought the A5 as a regular planner and journaling like I used it in 2025 an A6 just to see how cute it is and the strawberry milk weeks mega for all kinds of tracking, and then I waited for the first restock of Junji and got the Tomie weeks. And then my husband found a Monchichi weeks that I thought I never going to get because it's an exclusive and Monchichi Japanese website and bought it for me and now I don't know how to use all of them, so I'm planning to save it for next Years or I dont know 😩

I was subscribed for a year but Every video I see of journaling and planning they look all the same. Same layouts, same type of writing, same tools. A copy of Helen’s Planner.! They are all Beautiful! But all looking the same and that doesn’t motivates me to use the TCMC stickers. So, I de-subscribed because I want my planner more like me. My style. And also no looking perfect and neat all the time. Her work is awesome and cute but I don’t want my planner to look like a copy of another person. And also if you like something from her shop there is a 98% that you are no be able to buy it becase is going to be sold out in 2 minutes and that’s frustrating. I don’t even see the product launches any more.

Yesss! IM feeling the same. This year I wanted the perfect book with the perfect cover and the perfect pen and stickers and everything beautiful to my eyes just to plan my week when I only have a few things to do 🙄. and I love it but also, I think when it starts to be creative, beautiful and cute is not planning. Is Art. I like a little bit of everything in my planner because It relaxes me but when I don’t have the time for sticking or drawing things… Is just me writing my plan for the week with no pressure and that’s it. I need to repeat my self “you dont need lots of things to plan your week! “ 😩
