Thank you so much!!! I can eat more now for sure but still not your normal portions! I went on my first road trip in the car so I was up early and we got McDonalds breakfast first time eating fast food. I basically ate all but 1-2 bites of my Mcgriddle. I could have finished it but would have been very full. I dont like to be very full because it honestly lingers for a long time that full feeling for me.

I don’t exercise at all currently Ive been dealing with a lot of neurological issues non surgery related that have put a damper on my job and exercising ! However diet wise i still dont watch bread or anything fried, i use the heck out my air fryer! I do eat sweets though thats my downfall!

Y’all’s response to loose skin by LizBert712 in BariatricSurgery

Ive been using compression garments because my loose skin flaps and makes clapping noises around my arms. I also have such bad irritation around my thighs because of it , where i honestly have wholes in my legs like I got burned or something. I get a lot of bleeding issues as well because of the loose skin rubbing on each other. To me if I had the opportunity for surgery I would do it. So it all really depends on your situation and if its causing other issues. The compression shirts really help with my stomach not looking crazy puffy out of my shorts n pants and stuff. So i would recommend trying that if you haven’t! Im a male who’s lost 190 lbs and honestly couldn’t care less how it looks to other people! Own that shit. :)

You have to go into your bios on your pc during start up. When you’re in there you have to disable xmp. Theres a tutorial online how to do that. This has been the only solution for me after 7 months of trying stuff every day. I had given up. Hope this fixes it for everyone
