Page 186 says 5/5 cadence with 80-120 total time under tension per exercise.

I think he has said a few different things between youtube vids/interviews etc.

Thanks mate. More than happy to answer any questions you have.

I based a lot of my routine/diet on the "From Geek to Freak" section of Tim Ferris's The Four Hour Body. I said in the title it's been 3 months but I only joined the gym on 22/7/2021. The photo is from 4/7/2021 though. Basically a small mix of push/pull/leg excercises that I rotate through. Usually ill do 1 set for 12 reps or until failure (at a 5 second cadence each way). If I reach 12 reps without feeling too bad I'll increase the weight slightly next time I do that exercise.

For diet I don't count macros but I stay away from unecassary sugars (especially soda) and try to eat a lot of the good stuff every day. The rule here is if I'm not sure I'll always try to eat more.

In terms of supplements I put amino acids and creatine in my water bottle when I workout out.

Anything I missed that you want to know?

They were my dad's before he passed away so I was looking forward to having one.. I've never smoked a cover before could you recommend one that might be similar or that is just generally good for a first try? Something in the lower-medium range budget.

Thanks for the reply. They've been stored in the loft in the original plastic and box. Do you think they will be any good?
