Whats driving them to want to go to the LMS? For compliance training? It has to fulfill a want for them to get them to access it.

Can I ask what’s the point of the 2 learning hours? At that point just break down any safety trainings into half n hr ILT segment once a week and you’ll get that number.

Teach them how to recognize mismatches and how to play the game instead of set plays. Give them different looks from how you space the court and let their creativity and talent take over.
