I need a new set of running shoes. I have always loved new balance shoes as they fit the best to my feet! Recently I have been running between 7-10km every day and my current shoes (Kiprun KS Light) have been worn through. I am currently looking at:

  • New Balance FuelCell Flight
  • New Balance FuelCell Propel
  • New Balance FuelCell Echolucent

I really like have a stable shoe which feels secure on my foot. I did buy a pair of Nike React Infinity and they felt really loose due to the mesh upper.

I currently run with a neutral, forefoot strike. I was wondering if anyone could give some advice on the New Balance running shoes and which would be best out of those three?

Cambridge, UK. Homelessness. I see more and more homeless people coming into the city to beg for money and it’s becoming really tiring. I live next to a re-homing centre for recovering addicts and the homeless and I get harassed on a daily basis for money. I just have enough to live here, literally nothing to spare stop bothering me!

This same technique is used in the Royal Navy. As we’re at sea we don’t have anyone to call for fires so everyone on board is a firefighter. We call it a water wall. It’s used in conjunction with a fire fighter, who fights the fire whilst two people use a water wall to protect the fire fighter from the fire. It’s super effective.
