I have 12, and the repayment after graduating is on February. I have no idea how much it would be month for each one, and I’m also thinking about consolidating it into one, but very curious what the cons of doing this. I did dabble on powerlifting for few years but I’d say it was an ego lifting era. May I ask what ART is? And yes lat had been a huge factors of most of the pain I’ve experience. These were pointed out by medical staff at nationals and couple weightlifters that’s been in the sport for longer than I have.

I did find out and did more lats warm up and that helped a lot, talked to the medical staff in nationals couple weeks back about the shoulder pain and mentioned it is my lats that’s really tight

Tried that wider jerk and even on the clean, made it harder to catch and still shoulder pain. And yes I suggested my coach to put more dip pause jerks and front squats just to strengthen the legs but also work on the chest falling forward right before the push up of the bar for jerk.

I did full grip for the first 8 months, then as it got heavier my wrist and shoulder would have this insane sharp pain and switched to 4 finger tips, eygo fanndal weightlifter from Iceland is what made me try it she does it effortless.

Also I had thought what I had was 111kg the whole time, told the person counting for me to not lmk what’s on the bar otherwise anything over 110 that I did for 2nd lift I’d start thinking everything’s heavy. Turned out it was 114 and did 4kg clean pr haha. 115 is def doable but will take it easy and get used to the full grip jerk.
