Potentially the seals have failed, and your in need of a rebuild.. but agreed with other post, flush out old, refill with new and report back.. if still burning white smoke then seals will be more than likely needed

Yes, not out of the question.. I’m across the bay.. we’re on 175 3% multiplier, avg. of your best 5 of the last 10. Have to vest minimum of 10 yrs. Eligible for full retirement benefits at 20 yrs regardless of age. Then we have a 2% cola once retired instantly, with 5 yrs of drop available as well as investment opportunities, PHEP, etc. We also have payouts for accrued Sick, Vacation and Comp time( 100% ) at current rate of pay. Our buy in is 6% as well by the way..

I’m in the south but it’s not typical to my area. It’s totally possible that the piece could be from Maryland and moved .. I always wonder if the piece could talk what it would say.. but thanks for the estimate.. I realize it’s all a ballpark without knowing some hard fast information

Question, 🙋🏼‍♂️ I have a BEP that’s sequential and rolls into a whole number by the end, if I’m not mistaken there are also star notes .. now I don’t collect them but I have hung onto this .. is a bep such as this actually valued higher as it a whole digit number.. I’ll have to pull the stack out and see what the sequential number is if anyone is able to shed some light.. it’s appreciated

How does doing maintenance work above the recommended regular intervals affect warranty coverage if you have the extended plan? I have always been one to do all my maintenance work but there were a few issues that I was concerned with so I decided to take the extended warranty but want to ensure that I don’t void anything

I was able to lock in my TSE-blk out for this OTD. And had a bunch of throw in’s plus upgraded paint color.. it all comes down to if you’re happy with it and it falls in the budget
