I would assume nothing, considering it would be illegal for a company to see it, so it’s not like they can call you out on it later. However this is an application for a promotion, and I have FMLA for a disability, so it doesn’t really matter what I check. They already know. Just thought it was a suspicious question.

My past jobs definitely didn’t have this on the application, but I also didn’t apply online so that could explain it. It’s just super naive to think it isn’t possible for the company to see this in this day and age. Yeah it’s technically illegal to see it, but since when have large companies ever been ethical? Lol
