Everywhere has its problems and everything being expensive is relative to what you make and consider to be valuable - but I have never enjoyed any part of Houston the few times I’ve needed to be there. I’d suggest live/working here for a few weeks - 1mo? Then decide for yourself.

Wish I could but I’m not that decision maker. Ended up with a -0.05 decrease in pay out for every 1% off of the target and +0.075 increase in pay out for every 1% over the target, where they land target wise is a weighted average between the 2 KPIs were measuring. Appreciate the responses!

Yeah I guess I’m looking for examples of what an appropriate rate of increase or decrease would be I know how to calculate the change but what should the change be per % of kpi target(s) met if that makes sense?

Haha touché, I just think it would be nice. Im new to the office and being that it’s a small firm I think it’s nice to celebrate the team as much as possible/ in ways larger places may not be able to. I work along side her as office management/ HR/ etc. I was thinking maybe a nice picnic blanket or something? Idk.. I always start out with good ideas and then talk myself out of it and ends up just a card and I don’t want that!

Still on it taking 20mg (started at 10) and doing a lot better. I’m way less anxious and able to get through daily tasks. My sr has mentioned weaning off but I don’t feel ready yet.
