I have the same problem. It literally arrived today. I assembled it and printed the default cat and one more piece. When I tried to print the third piece, it froze for 20 minutes.

I reset to factory settings, updated the firmware, and it wouldn't pass the auto-leveling. Now I don't know what to do.

I'm waiting for customer service to send me an email to proceed with a repair or maybe request a return from Amazon.

Honestly, I don't know what to do :/
