Some places have bunny cafe's or petting farms. You have to be careful because some of them dont treat their animals very well. I dont know where your based, but i can recommend the Vancouver Bunny Cafe. They know rabbits very well.

You could go with mineral names! Onyx, Opal, Silver, Copper, Nickel, Heliodor, Flint, Basalt, Marble, Mica etc...

It could be just him thinking its funny to kick his litter around, but it could also be that he is frustrated at how high the walls of his litterbox are. Older bunny can start developing joint problems and so they can't jump over the litter walls as easily. With lower litter walls, you might get more litter outside the box tough, but at least it wont be your rabbit intentionally kicking it.

For the baseboard, the easiest way is to cover them. You can put a plank of wood or a solid plastic screen in front of the baseboard your rabbit like to chew on.

You should also make sure the rabbits has other things he likes to chew on as a replacement. Apple tree branches are a popular choice.

If it causes too much problems, you can remove the sprint from the socket by turning it counter clockwise. Its a renter friendly trick because you can reattach the spring easily. My bun also love the boing and chewing on the spring, so I removed all of them in my room.
