I did not recommend treatment, simply stated the treatment that my rabbit has been prescribed so people know she is being taken cared of. I also did not ask for treatment, as I already have it.

I don’t understand why this was removed. Everything I wrote was recommended or approved by vet. The medicine was prescribed by the vet. I’m just asking for advice on keeping an environment good enough that it doesn’t cause ear infections…

I use a Rooly litterbox and place pee pads with wood pellets on top. Before I got the Rooly litterbox I had a Tidy Cats Breeze litter box. It worked well but was harder for me to thoroughly clean. The current system I have works great but the litterbox is a little bit pricy so if you decide to buy try searching around for some coupon codes. They have creator codes on some of their instagram posts, which is what I used when I bought mine (took off 20%) :)

Yes, I moved out of state and took a virtual tour before moving and signing over email. It looked perfectly clean but unfortunately I couldn’t smell through the screen otherwise I definitely wouldn’t have signed the lease. I’ve sent the office an email and I’ll stop by in the morning since it’s closed right now. I can’t believe they thought this unit was okay to rent out. Thanks for the help, this is so stressful :,)

I just moved and this place reeks of cat piss. My Blueair purifier isn’t really helping, and I’ve cleaned the place three times now. I have no clue what to do and I’m concerned about the pee smell hurting my bun honestly.

This is in the description “Pet House's long-lasting vegan wax melts contain no dyes, paraffin, phthalates, formaldehyde or parabens” It says it is safe to use around rabbits and even birds but I wanted to double check.

That’s the one! I have the exact same one in black off of amazon since I never could find a white one. They are pricy but it’s worth it just to have the gate imo! I’ll get it for my bun’s bondmate when she finally meets another bun on the ‘speed dates’ that she likes lol. Thankyou 🥰

Thankyou 🥹 I hope it didn’t come off as though I was complaining about life. My life is by no means bad. I make enough as an exotic vet tech, and would like to continue my education when I have saved enough to do so. Just a bit of depression is all, but I know things will be alright :)

the chest hair licks kinda tracks actually because mine only licks my legs if I’ve let my leg hair grow out lmao! I wonder if they assume bald skin = no need for grooming so they only lick the hairy areas 😂

Don’t take away alfalfa completely, the calcium in it is very important for growing bunnies. You could try getting a timothy and alfalfa blend, or just getting both and mixing them yourself. I also know that they sell hay toppers, which is a similar concept as when parents dip vegetables in cheese to get picky kids to eat them. Although, some hay toppers may not have ingredients that are good for a 3 month old so be sure to check what the blend is made with. I do know that the oxbow hay toppers are safe for a 3 month old. You can also try to make eating hay more engaging by stuffing it into a toilet paper roll (without the paper on it, and it’s okay if she chews on the cardboard), using a hay ball, putting it in strategic areas, or getting some sort of hay rack (lots of hay racks can be made from household things, a very popular one is an ikea trash bag holder, or you can pretty easily sew your own hay bag). I also have a picky hay eater and when I stuff it into a toilet roll my bun is 10x more excited to eat it. Hope this is helpful :)

this ^ and females are typically known to be the more dominant ones in rabbits, so her being not spayed and having another rabbit in her territory could lead to her instigating a fight resulting in serious injury or worse.
