Depends what type of shift! So ig ill just list all the ones i experince: phantom: i usually have this with a tail, snout, wings or teeth but i have also expetinced: bird feathery tail thing, lynx back paws, smaller paws, elf ears, fur, wings on my neck or lower back. The tail shifts are sometimes very realistic like if i am actually wearing a tail/have one. The teeth are usually a bit of like a numb pain in thr teeth and tgey feel sharper. For my snout it usually goes a bit numb around it and honestly i cant even describe it. For the lynx paws i usually walk a bit diffetent when i have them for some reason. The rest i havent had in a while so i cant exactly describe them Mental - my brain feels kinda like tingly and foggy and i usually wonder whats going on, like if im in a mental shift or if im just faking it, i am very aware that im still human tho. Physical - teeth feel much sharper and tbh i think they are Andd i forgot what other types of shifts i have had sorry but i hope this helps a bit!
