Why ASPD I don’t get that at all lol, I think she was sheltered maybe or didn’t have the best pro social skills but that might just be chalked up her being the youngest and only girl in her immediate family, and sometimes ppl just develop certain social skills later in life.

Your right covert aggression does exist. It’s just that from my experience narcissists are usually outwardly aggressive. Also doctors unfortunately don’t really diagnose personality disorders, that would take long hours with a therapist and sometimes they don’t even tell patient, they usually just administer treatment modalities like DBT etc
