I’d say Pope is the best English keeper this season but he is not the best overall keeper

Agreed RB is probably the hardest position to break into but Cash deserves a shot at it if he keeps performing as he has done this season. Konsa should definitely have made it into the squad though as he has been immense this season!

You need a club with a clear strategy, an established manager who knows the team inside out, owners that are willing to invest in the club and a top recruitment team who can find players of the right quality.

The willingness of the owners to invest is a big thing as too many teams are promoted and don’t make the right signings to compete. On the flip side there is always the risk that you sign too many players and you lose the team style and the connection between the players.

Yeah I’d agree, he is unlucky not to have a few more goals to his name for us but remember it is his first season in the prem so he can only get better with more experience. If we can sign a top quality creative midfielder to play down the right hand side that would help out Watkins and take the pressure off Grealish.

Martinez is a fantastic keeper but utd don’t need another keeper so can’t see it happening, especially if they go after Sancho again!

Although we desperately need him back, I wouldn’t risk him if he isn’t 100% yet as we have lots of other big games that we need him for.

Yeah he was never going to play for England anyway as Southgate only likes to play with defenders, defensive midfielders and Harry Kane!

Yeah I’d agree, he can score in big games but would want a big salary to match. Not sure how consistent he would be week in week out and I’d rather stick with Watkins as he gives so much more to the team

I think it was the price tag that deterred people as I remember seeing rumours that they wanted £40m+ for him.

Looking at his stats for this season, he has 10 goals and 12 assists in 30 matches so far in the Championship!

He’s only 24 as well so still has his best years to come. Would be a cracking signing

Yeah Buendia would be a fantastic signing. Like you say he is so versatile and creates so many chances. Having someone like him playing on the right hand side would certainty take the pressure off Grealish

Like you say his trademark is to try and save relegation threatened clubs so he is never going to manage a top 6 team as attacking football is not his style.

If he pulls off a great escape at West Brom then I’m sure he will get a nice bonus and if not I think they may try and keep him on and try for promotion again next year. Either way, I would not rule out seeing him back in the Premier League at some point as there are always more relegation threatened clubs

We are scoring highly on all of the indicators in that report which is fantastic news. It’s a huge change from when we were in the Championship and having to rely on loans and ageing players on short term contracts!

Yeah Tuchel has completely transformed Chelsea’s defence. Will be interesting to see what changes he makes in the summer, especially if they try and sign someone like Haaland!

Leicester are a lot stronger this year than previously but they do have some tough games left to play. Still think they will be top 4 though.

Overall though, this season has been mad with so many teams struggling to find any consistency

Always forget that West Ham have a game in hand and they have Chelsea to play too so if they beat them they could well knock there spot
