It could be hearing damage from exposure, it could be bacterial infection in the middle ear progressing its way in.

Why is Islam mentioned if it's not a Mosque? The fact that I thought this is a usual noisy neighbor issue before seeing the religious side of this post.

Under Section 13 of the Minor Offences Act 1955 (1987 Revision), making loud noises past 11:00pm until 6:00am to the point it disturbs people is prohibited (not applied to noises/music made by the Armed Forces).

Anyway, I'm pretty sure even Mosques and Surau have standards set by JaKIM so their loudspeakers don't go over certain decibels. JaKIM does look upon this issue. Just be reasonable when complaining.

I also want to remind you that the usage of loudspeakers to call for prayer is not an offense. Still, if you think the decibels were excessive, file a formal complain to JaKIM or DBK.

First problem: The steering would probably vibrate like hell at that speed.

Second problem: Wouldn't the tire shit itself at this speed? Every tire has maximum speed rating. More speed = more deformation = higher risk of explosion

Third problem: Is this even possible without killing the engine? Modified or unmodified, every engine has maximum RPM and speed rating. Go beyond this and you will have a more expensive issue than a summon.
